By visiting or purchasing at malandavstore.com, you agree to the terms & conditions of use as stated below.
SALES:
All sales are subject to approval. In the case of pricing errors, you will be contacted and given the option at purchasing at the correct price or canceling your order.
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within seven (7) days for refund or credit and are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs, and must contact Maland Presentations for an RMA number. Items returned without RMA number will be refused.
Additional restocking charges may apply for missing packaging, manuals, accessories, or parts. Orders for any custom item or build-to-order are considered final and may not be returned and cannot be canceled once production has begun.
All items subject to manufacturer's warranty. Orders may be canceled before shipping on stocked items, or before a PO is issued to a manufacturer in the case of drop shipped items.
