We attempt to ship all in-stock orders within 24 hours. Items drop-shipped from the manufacturer may occur additional processing time. We do not charge credit cards until an item is ready to ship or is confirmed in stock at a manufacturer, except in the case of a backorder to secure position of delivery. Backorders will only be charged upon conformation from the purchaser. Shipping options include Overnight, 2nd day, ground, and truck service for larger items. Ground service is not available to Alaska and Hawaii. We ship to the United States and Canada only. Maland Presentations uses major shipping carriers and USPS for shipping; manufacturers may use other carriers. "Free 2 day delivery" items may be shipped by ground services if the normal ground shipping time is 2 days or less.
